We at SRTRI have introduced "Surya Namaskar" to improve student's Physical and Mental Strength, As a part of this policy, every day one of the students comes onto the stage and performs one round of " Surya Namaskar". It contains a total number of 8 Asanas woven into a sequence of 12 steps for each side(right and left.)
